Our engineering team offers you its design services. Based on your sketches or basic ideas, we perform computer-aided design (CAD) with plans, details, specifications and even 3D models for complex assemblies.

Fabrication

From design to manufacturing, we work according to ISO 9001:2015 standards and certifications. You can rely on us for prototype development through to high-volume manufacturing.

Finishing

Metaledge has a well-established reputation for finishing the highest quality products.
We offer a wide variety of finishing options to meet your most specific requirements, including zinc plating, Irriditis, chromium, nickel, anodizing, silver or gold, according to your specifications. We also offer services of silkscreen for applying markings, logos or technical indications directly to parts, as well as the powder coat, a durable and aesthetic solution offering excellent resistance to corrosion and wear.

Laser cutter

CNC laser cutting
Our systems of high precision CNC laser cutting allow fast, clean and precise work on a wide range of materials, ensuring tight tolerances and excellent cut quality.

CNC punching machine

Our CNC turret punching machine offers great versatility for cutting, forming and drilling complex metal parts. It ensures high repeatability, high production speed and excellent precision, thus optimizing efficiency for small and large series.

Bending — 120" CNC press brake

Our 120 inch CNC bending machine allows the manufacture of large parts while maintaining constant precision over the entire length.

Bending — 96" CNC press brake

We also have a 96 inch CNC press brake, ideal for projects requiring precise folding on more compact formats, offering flexibility and speed in production.

Soldering and assembly

Our facilities allow the soldering of various metals including steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Our welds are carried out in the workshop by qualified technicians, and we have a certified refrigeration specialist for the manufacture and assembly of components requiring connections or interventions on refrigerated systems.
